Is there any way or a certain product that I can use to Dim two table lamps at the same time and level using one dimmer switch.

A surge protector is not going to dim your lights. You need to install a dimmer switch for the outlet and have both lamps plugged into the same outlet. If you are handy with electricity, you can probably install the switch directly above the outlet at a standard height. Turn off your power, cut a hole in the wall for the new electrical box for the switch. You should find the electrical wires running down to the switch near the stud. Cut the wires and connect them to the switch and then back to the wires running to the outlet.
